Okay, I need to start off by saying that this show is ADDICTING! All of this scandal and twisty plotting is crazy. I watched this whole season in a weekend and I can’t wait for the new season to start this fall on ABC. I am talking about “Revenge”. It will be starting its fourth season on September 28
th.
To give you a quick catch up on the show “Revenge” it is about a girl named Emily Thorne who comes to the Hamptons to seek revenge on the Grayson family who framed her father for treason. She rents a beach house which was her childhood home right next to the Grayson’s. Her father was killed in prison and she wants to get back at the people who were behind it all. Emily is really Amanda Clarke and she will do whatever it takes to take them all down, one by one.
It’s summer time in the Hamptons and Emily Thorne’s precise plan for vengeance take a serious turn in “Revenge: The Complete Third Season” on DVD. It starts out with Emily shot, bleeding and left for dead on her wedding day. The mystery begins with who shot her. Back at Grayson Manor (where the rich, powerful family she is trying to get revenge with resides) Conrad is one of the first suspected as well as one of Daniel’s (Emily’s husband) ex-girlfriends who Victoria (head villain) would love to use as a pawn to get rid of Emily for good. In the usual timing of jaw dropping events, a surprise appearance from an old rival starts up trouble as the big wedding day approaches. There is always something going down in this show and it comes from all different angles so you never know who is going to be starting trouble or receiving it. You never know how far they will go.
“Revenge” stars Emily VanCamp as Emily Thorne/Amanda Clarke, Madeleine Stowe as Victoria Grayson, Josh Bowman as Daniel Grayson, Nick Wechsler as Jack Porter, Gabriel Mann as Nolan Ross, Henry Czerny as Conrad Grayson, Christa B. Allen as Charlotte Grayson and Barry Sloane as Aiden Mathis.
There are 22 episodes and extra bonus features that include Audio Commentary, Bloopers, Deleted Scenes and the best part Table of Five. The male stars of the show Josh Bowman, Nick Wechsler, Barry Sloane, Gabriel Mann and Henry Czerny are on set and talking about their scenes and details about the show.
It’s so difficult to try and review this set without giving away too much information. I can tell you that you will be shocked by the season’s ending. If you are into thrillers and who done it’s, then this is the television show for you. Not to mention the awesome houses and fashion that is set in the background. They live in these beautiful homes on the beaches of the Hamptons. Not a bad view, just be careful of all the murder and mayhem!
I need this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Victoria is so mean. Yuck.
I agree it is. I just want her to get her revenge already.
I am addicted to this show too. The new season can’t start fast enough!
