Hello I’m Ashley and love all things about food. I could literally sit and read cookbooks from cover to cover and look to everyday life to inspire my cooking. It’s my passion and I vow that nothing brings people together like an appetizing meal and great conversation.

I learned to cook at a very young age from my Great Grandmother, Grandfather and my Ma. All Italian of course! I used to look forward to helping them out in the kitchen and taking any task they gave me to do with reckless abandon. In my college years, I was lucky enough to be working in a restaurant to pay for school and was able to earn an Apprenticeship with some talented chefs.

I live in the Sunshine State of Florida with my hubby and our sweet lil pup. When I’m not cooking I enjoy traveling, photography, writing, entertaining friends, dining out and charity events.

A Cup of Charming is a lifestyle site devoted to luscious food, entertaining, fun travels and most of all family. Inspired by the daily moments of our life whether it’s a vacation to a far off place or a trip to the grocery store I want to inspire you to cook and hope that my passion for food sparks something in you.
