5th Annual WDW Swan & Dolphin Food & Wine Classic

  Food & Wine Classic at the Swan and Dolphin Resort at Walt Disney World is back again for its fifth year and will be held Friday, October 31 and Saturday, November 1 from 5:30pm – 9:00pm. Casually stroll the causeway for savory bites of culinary delights and wines from around the world. Celebrity/Executive Chefs will be there presenting exquisite dishes: Todd English, Robert Ciborowski and Laurent Branlard. Beer-Garden-Logo New to this year’s event is the Beer Garden! A tree-shaded Crescent Terrance will be created to taste beer and beer of local and seasonal favorites. There will be house-made bar snacks prepared by the Chefs to pair with their picks. Menu will consist of these categories: beef and more, pasta, fish and seafood, sushi, vegetarian, and pastry and desserts. There will also be ten seminars educating you on wines, cocktails and beer. Seminars begin at 4:30pm and last approximately one hour.   Three new food pairing seminars: The Fine Art of Sushi and Sake – Fri., Oct. 31, 2014 4:00 – 5:30 pm, The Cheese Course – Sat., Nov. 1, 2014 2:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m,  and Pasta Making With Chef Cib – Sat., Nov. 1, 2014 2:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.  Food Pairing Seminars are $60.00.   It is $89.45 for an inclusive ticket per person, $108.26 if you add the Beer Garden. (Tickets for the Beer Garden may only be purchased in combination with other ticket options.)A La Carte ticket booklets will be available for purchase at the event. They are $50 and offerings range from two to six tickets per item.
