The French Martini is my go to drink when visiting my favorite restaurant on Walt Disney World property, California Grill. Located on the 15th floor of the Contemporary Resort it gives beautiful views of the monorail resorts and the Magic Kingdom. California Grill serves up fresh, exciting dishes from sushi to steak. Starting the evening off with a French Martini overlooking the Magic Kingdom with great friends is pure bliss to me. Every time I make one of these drinks at home it brings me back to the fun memories and ravishing meals we shared at California Grill.   Here we go!     French Martini     Ingredients 1.5 oz Skyy Vodka .5 oz Chambord .5 oz Pineapple Juice Splash of Roederer Sparkling Wine Directions Combine the vodka, Chambord and pineapple juice in a beverage shaker filled with ice and shake it up. Next strain the mixture into a chilled champagne flute or  martini glass. Top with sparkling wine.
