Had an a great dinner @pigzzaonmills ! Pizza is thin sourdough crust style. 🍕 Was thrilled to have a clam pizza which reminds me of the Northeast. 🍝Eggplant parm was lightly breaded, saucey and cheesed up to the max. Fries on point. 🍟
Can’t wait to bring back the fam for these Italian-ish plates! Solid addition to Mills 50.

I attended the Grand Opening of @rosamexicano in the @swandolphin Resort. They are known for their authentic Mexican classic dishes and over 100 varieties of tequila and agave-based spirits. 🍹The dining rooms are filled with vibrant, colorful murals and some feature Mexican artist, Frieda Kahlo. 🎨

Spoke with the culinary/beverage and management teams today and Rosa Mexicano is going to be a fantastic addition to the Resort’s already stellar restaurant line-up. ✨

The weather was beautiful and it was so much fun wandering the causeway with friends tasting all the delectable dishes & taking in the fresh air and entertainment. 🍾 •

They are currently in soft opening, upstairs at @eastendmkt. Grand opening is November 5th. ✨

You have to try one of their beautiful signature cocktails inspired by the Neighborhoods of Orlando. 🍹Pictured is the Baldwin “Army & Navy” with Empress Gin and the Spirit-Free Orange Blossom with Orange, Topo Chico & Vanilla. 🍊
