This beachside restaurant has their chefs use fresh local ingredients and island flavors to create unique dishes. At `AMA`AMA, you’ll love the authentic cuisine that connects you to true Hawai`i at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Be sure to try a classic cocktail with a new twist. The menu includes vegetarian options and all desserts are in house made daily. Makahiki: Makahiki is named for the annual Hawaiian harvest festival recently revived on O`ahu to celebrate the season of bounty. This low key dinner buffet features dishes with exotic world flavors. Makahiki is a feast for the senses. It has amazing views of tropical foliage with jewel-toned murals created by local artists. The interior light gradually turns from rose to indigo with the setting of the sun. The `Olelo Room is open daily and serves continental breakfast, traditional afternoon tea and a lounge menu inspiring local flavors. For quick service there will be 4 choices: One Paddle, Two Paddle: Located next to `AMA`AMA, this quick-service restaurant serves sandwiches wraps  and house-made desserts. It has a refillable mug station. A keiki (children’s) menu is available. Lava Shack: Serves up traditional Hawaiian cold plate lunch or snack and entrees like Cold Fried Chicken, Cured Meats and Cheese, and Chilled Miso-glazed Salmon, as well as grab-and-go snacks. They also have s a refillable mug station. Hawaiian Shave Ice: Fruity and refreshing shave ice poolside. Yogurt Bar: Tangy yogurt with fresh fruit and tasty toppings in the spa.
