Had an a great dinner @pigzzaonmills ! Pizza is thin sourdough crust style. 🍕 Was thrilled to have a clam pizza which reminds me of the Northeast. 🍝Eggplant parm was lightly breaded, saucey and cheesed up to the max. Fries on point. 🍟
Can’t wait to bring back the fam for these Italian-ish plates! Solid addition to Mills 50.

I attended the Grand Opening of @rosamexicano in the @swandolphin Resort. They are known for their authentic Mexican classic dishes and over 100 varieties of tequila and agave-based spirits. 🍹The dining rooms are filled with vibrant, colorful murals and some feature Mexican artist, Frieda Kahlo. 🎨

Spoke with the culinary/beverage and management teams today and Rosa Mexicano is going to be a fantastic addition to the Resort’s already stellar restaurant line-up. ✨

Last night I attended the Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic. This event is filled with unique dishes showcasing their fantastic restaurants at the resort including Chef Todd English and the new Swan Reserve. 🍽 •

The weather was beautiful and it was so much fun wandering the causeway with friends tasting all the delectable dishes & taking in the fresh air and entertainment. 🍾 •

They are currently in soft opening, upstairs at @eastendmkt. Grand opening is November 5th. ✨

You have to try one of their beautiful signature cocktails inspired by the Neighborhoods of Orlando. 🍹Pictured is the Baldwin “Army & Navy” with Empress Gin and the Spirit-Free Orange Blossom with Orange, Topo Chico & Vanilla. 🍊

Found some interesting recipes in the “Delish Loves Disney” an insider’s guide to Disney Recipes and with this Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup from Le Cellier you can be transported into Epcot in no time. 🌐Beautiful photos and backstories of the recipes from all the Disney Parks. ✨
