This refreshing frozen drink is served during Epcot International Food & Wine Festival at the Caribbean kiosk in the fall. I love the blend of coconut and berry flavors. I am so happy that I have this recipe to make at home in the warmer months so I don’t have to wait for fall to enjoy it again. Cheers!
Frozen Dragon Berry Colada
2 oz Bacardi Dragon Berry Rum
2 oz Strawberry Puree
3 oz Pina Colada Mix
1. Pour the rum, pina colada mix, strawberry puree into a blender with ice and blend until the mixture is smooth.
2. Pour in a tall glass and garnish with a strawberry if you like.
